We're delighted to invite Friends of QPAC to experience something entirely new. A unique twilight gathering in the stunning Glasshouse Theatre foyer where, as the sun sets, the restorative sounds of Karin Schaupp's guitar and gentle mindfulness facilitation from Cristian Trujillo create a special opportunity to pause, breathe and reconnect.

The classical guitar is known to be the world’s most relaxing instrument, and Karin Schaupp is renowned for her deeply moving guitar playing. For this intimate 60-minute wellbeing-focused performance, Karin has teamed up with breathwork facilitator and yoga expert, Cristian Trujillo, to create a unique and uplifting concert experience: a moment of calm, a chance to reset, and just be, in a mindful music listening community.

In the relentless pace of everyday life, this concert offers a twilight hour to pause, breathe deeply, and allow the gentle power of timeless guitar melodies to restore that vital connection with yourself, and others.

Cristian Trujillo

Facilitator

Cristian Trujillo is a mindfulness coach, business mentor and founder of Yandina Yoga and Breathwork. He brings a heart-centred approach to healing, drawing on his experience as a yoga teacher, Reiki healer, breathwork facilitator and certified coach to lead workshops, retreats and speaking engagements internationally.
