Located at the ground floor entrance. If you're collecting your tickets at the Box Office, be sure to have your Booking Reference Number handy for a smooth pickup.
Large bags and umbrellas must be left in the cloakroom, located on the ground floor entrance. For more information please review our cloaking policy here.

Pop-up stands may appear on level 1 near the Theatre bar.
There are toilets on the ground floor, stalls and balcony levels of the Cremorne Theatre. Wheelchair accessible toilets are Ground Floor near the Box Office and on Level 2. There is also baby change facility in the PWN Bathroom on Level 2.
Lifts & Access
A ramp provides access to the Ground Floor, with lifts providing access to the foyers from there. Check your ticket for your door number and go to Level 1 for Doors 1 and 2, or Level 2 for Doors 3 and 4. Unless you have specifically booked wheelchair accessible seating, there will be some stairs involved during your visit. Call 136 246 if you have any mobility concerns.
What to wear
It's not necessary to dress up to come to QPAC, although guests may like to dress for a special occasion. Generally, smart casual dress is perfect. As our theatres are air-conditioned, you may want to bring a light wrap or jacket, especially during Brisbane's summer weather.
Cremorne Theatre Location
Situated facing the South Bank Cultural Forecourt and the Brisbane River, the Cremorne Theatre entrance is located about halfway along the side of our building. For your ease and convenience, the Performing Arts Car Park is the closest parking option. Additionally, the Grey Street entrance to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre is also nearby.
