Cremorne Theatre

The Cremorne Theatre is an intimate and versatile performance space nestled within the heart of QPAC. 

Join us at the Cremorne Theatre, where creativity knows no bounds, and the line between the stage and the audience blurs into an unforgettable experience.

What you need to know about this theatre:

Box Office

Located at the ground floor entrance. If you're collecting your tickets at the Box Office, be sure to have your Booking Reference Number handy for a smooth pickup.

Cloakroom

Large bags and umbrellas must be left in the cloakroom, located on the ground floor entrance. For more information, please go to our Help section.

Booster Cushions

There are a limited number of booster seats available. You can find out more information in our help guide.

Merchandise

Pop-up stands may appear on level 1 near the Theatre bar.

Eat & Drink

The closest dining options are located in the Cascade Court, including the  Lyrebird, Storytellers and tomtom. The theater bars also sell light snacks, and vending machines are available for chocolates and other items on Level 1.

Bathrooms

There are toilets on the Ground Floor Entry Foyer, Theatre Stalls (Level 2) and Theatre Balcony Level (Level 3) of the Cremorne Theatre. Accessible toilets are located on the Balcony Level (Level 3).

Lifts & Access

The Ground Floor is accessible via a ramp, while lifts connect to the foyers. Access from the Performing Arts Car Park opens an hour before the show. Refer to your ticket for the door number: Level 1 for Doors 1 and 2, Level 2 for Doors 3 and 4. Expect stairs unless you booked wheelchair accessible seating. Contact 136 246 for mobility concerns.

What to wear

It's not necessary to dress up to come to QPAC, although guests may like to dress for a special occasion. Generally, smart casual dress is perfect. As our theatres are air-conditioned, you may want to bring a light wrap or jacket, especially during Brisbane's summer weather.

Cremorne Theatre Location

Situated facing the South Bank Cultural Forecourt and the Brisbane River, the Cremorne Theatre entrance is located about halfway along the side of the building. Parking options include the Performing Arts Car Park and the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
