With a contemporary menu and impeccable service, the Lyrebird is the perfect place to start your evening at QPAC. Taste the flavours of Italy prepared by the Lyrebird's passionate chefs, and led by our head chef from Rome, Italy.
Set alongside the lively Cascade Court, savour the anticipation of the night ahead while you relax and enjoy the surrounds.
Lyrebird is currently featuring a series of contemporary indigenous artwork by three renowned artists – Michael Nelson Jagamara, Gloria Petyarre and Joanne Currie Nalingu. Telling the story of QPAC’s location – an original meeting place for the local Indigenous population – and its connection to rivers, leaves and storms; these works entwine the Lyrebird with Brisbane’s heritage. The colour palette in the series of artworks reflects a distinctively Australian aesthetic, mirroring QPAC’s aspirations for the Lyrebird and its food.
The quintessential QPAC experience begins at the Lyrebird.
