At QPAC, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all our valued customers.

Your feedback, whether positive or negative, plays a vital role in shaping and improving our services.

Public Interest Disclosures: If you need to report corrupt conduct related to QPAC's Chief Executive or make a public interest disclosure under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010, we have a dedicated process in place you can access here.

Feedback: QPAC is committed to providing a high level of service to all customers. QPAC welcomes and encourages feedback both positive and negative to shape its services.

Complaints: More serious complaints will be dealt with under our Complaints Policy. Please read our Complaints Policy and find out what complaints are processed under it.

How to provide feedback or make a complaint

Customers can provide general feedback or make a complaint to QPAC by submitting the QPAC feedback form below.

Alternatively, you can provide feedback or make a complaint by sending an email to feedback@qpac.com.au or sending a letter to PO Box 3567, South Bank, Qld, 4101. If you are unable to provide your feedback or make a complaint in writing e.g. due to having a disability, you can call 136 246.
