Visitor Policies
To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all patrons and staff, the QPAC Terms and Conditions of Entry outline the conditions applying to all persons whilst they are at QPAC.
General Policies
By purchasing a ticket, parking or gift certificate through QTIX (online or over the phone), through the QPAC Box Office, or an authorised sales channel, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the Ticket Terms and Conditions.
QPAC's Membership Terms and Conditions apply to all memberships.
Gift certificates Terms and Conditions apply to all gift certificate purchases.
QPAC is committed to protecting its customers’ privacy through its Privacy Policy. The way QPAC manages your personal information is governed by the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) (Act) and the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs) established under the Act. Strategic Plan & Annual Reports
QPAC’s purpose under the Queensland Performing Arts Trust Act 1977 is to contribute to the cultural, social and intellectual development of all Queenslanders. QPAC documents its values, purpose and objectives in its strategic plan, and reports against these in its annual reports.

New Performing Arts Venue
In May 2018, the Queensland Government announced its commitment to deliver a new theatre on the Playhouse Green site co-located with and operated by QPAC.
Delivery of the theatre is being managed by the Queensland Government’s Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW) Project Delivery Team on behalf of QPAC and Arts Queensland. For more information about the project including the benefits and timeline, please visit the Arts Queensland website.
