By purchasing or redeeming a gift certificate, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Gift certificates (other than Season Certificates) are valid for redemption for three (3) years from the date of purchase. The gift certificate may be used for performances scheduled more than three (3) years from date of purchase, provided the booking is made within the three (3) years validity period.

2. If your gift certificate is for a particular season, show or festival (Season Certificates), it may only be used to purchase tickets for performances of the relevant season, show or festival. Please check the length of the season, or scheduled performance dates for a show or festival, before you purchase a Season Certificate.

3. Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. Gift certificates are redeemable for tickets only, not for cash, food and beverage, merchandise or other purchases.

4. If the ticket price of the chosen performance exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the difference is required to be paid when redeeming the gift certificate.

5. Gift certificates are redeemable in whole or part. Any remaining balance on your gift certificate must be used for another QTIX purchase before the original expiry date.

6. Once your gift certificate has been redeemed for a ticket, the ticket is subject to QTIX Conditions of Sale. Tickets are not transferable to any other performance, unless the performance is cancelled.

7. Lost or stolen gift certificates may not be replaced or refunded.

8. The purchaser is responsible for proving the correct email address for delivery. If an incorrect email address is supplied and the gift certificate has been redeemed, they cannot be replaced.

QTIX Ticketing Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets and to the extent applicable, to your Gift certificates.
