We have it from a good source that food and art make the perfect pairing – so let our QPAC Chef Salvatore show you how to whip up some of his favourite Savoury Muffins. To be enjoyed with an arts side-dish of your choice, of course!

Before you get baking, you will need…

Ingredients:
• 400g self-raising flour
• 5g salt
• Pepper
• 300g buttermilk
• 150ml rice oil
• 3 eggs
• Veggies – leftovers or fresh! (add cheese or herbs if you like)
