Our recruitment process – what to expect

We have a structured approach to recruitment and selection in order to attract, select and appoint the best staff through a fair and merit based process.

Application

Your application will include your position vacancy application form, CV, Cover letter and response to selection criteria. You can find out more about how to prepare your application here.

Once you’ve submitted your application, our Human Resources team will take the time to review each one against the position criteria.

We acknowledge applications within 24 hours of submission. You will receive an email from the Human Resources Unit once your application is received. If you do not receive acknowledgement within 24 hours, please send an email to hr@qpac.com.au.

Our recruitment process is tailored to each individual role however typical elements may include:

  • Individual interviews (face to face, telephone)
  • Group interviews
  • Reference checks
  • Skills testing
  • Health assessments
  • Validation of qualifications / certificates
  • Police checks
